About the role:

Your primary responsibility will be to work on projects to successfully configure and implement Provance’s flagship product ServiceTeam, built in Microsoft Power Platform, to meet client specific requirements for IT Service and Asset Management. You are an excellent listener and communicator and will be responsible for the project from Kick-Off to Go-Live. You will harness your skills as a business analyst and passion for implementing projects using the Microsoft Power Platform. This includes leading requirement gathering sessions, identifying and documenting client’s needs, and ensuring continuity and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecyle.

This is a technical role, where you are the expert and have the ability to translate technical requirements to customers desired ITSM/ITAM business value and helping us drive our customer success in international markets.

Our ideal candidate brings experience in the ITSM industry and a passion for technology, technical acumen related to Microsoft cloud solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure), positive enthusiasm, refined communication skills, and a hunger to achieve more. You have at least 5 years of similar experience, working in a collaborative team environment, engaging directly with customers in a business-to-business technical role.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of IT software solutions consulting as a business analyst/functional consultant ideally in the ITSM space
  • Understanding of IT Service Management; ITIL; IT Asset Management; Enterprise Service Management
  • Power Apps or Dynamics 365 technical implementation experience working directly with clients.
  • Lead business requirement gathering sessions through one-on-one interviews and group workshops.
  • Translate needs and requirements into how best to configure the ServiceTeam application(s),
  • Document requirements through the creation of business process models, user stories, product backlog items, and use cases.
  • Configure Microsoft Power Platform functionality to implement business-driven forms, entities, views, relationships, and site maps.
  • Create Microsoft Power Automate flows to manage business rules and workflow.
  • Configure ServiceTeam Self Service Portal built in Power Pages to meet customer needs.
  • Perform system testing, logging defects, and performing root-cause analysis.
  • Write test scripts to support User Acceptance Testing.
  • Transfer knowledge to customer end users through formal and informal training.
  • Provide accurate and timely submissions of project status and time.

Additional skills desired:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft’s ecosystem of Cloud solutions
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications
  • Experience creating dashboard and reports using Power BI
